REFUNDS/ CREDITS
Delivery & Pick-up refund policy
Orders cancelled 4 days or more prior to delivery will receive full credit towards a future order. Orders cancelled less than 3 days prior to delivery will receive a 50% credit towards a future order. Orders cancelled 2 days or less are not eligible for a refund. All credits must be redeemed within 3 months of cancellation.
Event Catering/ Graze refund policy
Orders cancelled 14 days or more prior to the event date will receive credit towards a future order. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to scheduled event are not eligible for refund or credit. All credits must be redeemed within 3 months of cancellation.
FOOD/PRODUCTS
Seasonal Produce & Supplier Availability
Our meats, cheeses, produce and garnishes are sourced weekly and can vary seasonally, they are subject to availability and substitutions.
Food Handling
When products are received please keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Product is freshest on day of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours. Board and Blossom will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Please notify of any allergy and dietary requests at checkout, we will make every effort to accomodate. However, if you or your guests/clients have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee that a product is completely free of traces of allergens.
