Please note that your order may contain common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or wheat. We take precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, but please be aware that factors beyond our control may lead to cross-contamination. Manufacturers may also change product formulations without our knowledge.

Please be advised that floral and greenery decorations are not edible. By placing your order, you agree that no one in your party will consume any floral or greenery decorations. Board and Blossom will not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from the consumption of floral or greenery decorations.

Charcuterie boards should be refrigerated upon delivery, or served immediately.  Your board should be consumed within four (4) hours after removing it from the refrigerator. It is best consumed on the same day.

Delivery time-frames are estimated only and not guaranteed due to external factors such as traffic and weather. We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. 

Board and Blossom is not responsible for lost or stolen orders or orders that are not refrigerated per the above and listed instructions.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order during the designated time frame. Our delivery driver will call and text the number provided in the order. If we are unable to reach the recipient, we will leave the order in a shady spot as close to the front door as possible and provide photo proof. Once the delivery is dropped off, it is solely the client's responsibility. If there is no place to leave the board, or if the weather does not permit, we will bring it back to the shop to be picked up by the customer. If a customer requires redelivery, a new delivery charge will be applied. By placing the order for delivery, the customer consents to these terms.

Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations more than 72 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date will receive credit for future purchases. This credit is valid for one year. Cancellations within 72 hours of the fulfillment date will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
